Construction legal status
Vlasta Premier was issued Construction Permit No. 17/GPXD on May 15, 2024, providing the legal basis for the implementation of the project’s construction works.
Progress update
As of August 20, 2026, construction of Vlasta Premier has reached Level 5. The B1 and B2 basement levels have been completed, while structural works for the two residential towers are progressing.
The project is expected to reach topping-out by the end of April 2027, with handover scheduled for Q4 2027.

Option 1: Construction Progress Payment Plan
The payment schedule is structured into flexible stages, allowing buyers to manage their capital efficiently and optimize cash flow.
- Booking Deposit: VND 100 million.
- Sales and Purchase Agreement (after 7 days): 10% of the property value (inclusive of the deposit).
- Construction Progress Payments: 5–10% per installment, at intervals of 60–360 days.
- Handover (Expected Q4 2027): 45% of the property value plus the maintenance fund contribution.
- Issuance of Ownership Certificate (Pink Book): Final 5% payment.
Exclusive Incentive: An early payment discount at a rate of 10% per annum, calculated based on the prepaid amount and the number of days paid in advance, applicable to payments made at least 15 days before the scheduled due date.

To provide flexible financing solutions, VPI has partnered with reputable banks, including Vietcombank, VPBank, MB Bank, and ACB, enabling buyers to optimize their capital allocation and confidently plan their property ownership journey.

- 0% Interest Rate Support: For up to 24 months, but no later than September 15, 2028.
