Setia Edenia's architectural concept is inspired by the graceful movement of silk, while the landscape concept draws from "The Dance of Flowers and Leaves."

The three residential towers, Azalea, Begonia, and Camellia, are designed with individual arrival lobbies, landscaped areas, and integrated podium amenities.

Apartment layouts emphasize natural daylight, ventilation, functionality, and open views, creating living spaces designed for both comfort and everyday practicality.

The development comprises three towers of 27–28 floors, supported by a three-storey amenity podium and one basement level. The published building density is approximately 40% across the 8,628.9 sq.m site.

Setia Edenia provides a model apartment experience that allows prospective buyers to explore the project's interior layouts, materials, spatial arrangement, and design concept.

The official project platform also provides VR360 Model Apartment and 360 Panorama experiences, allowing buyers to explore the apartment virtually before visiting the project in person.

For potential buyers, these tools provide a clearer understanding of the actual spatial experience compared with relying solely on conventional floor plans.
