Job Description
- Research market and investment trends, while monitoring and consolidating insights from different projects and locations. - Identify and develop a network of new customers from company-provided data, focusing on individuals interested in purchasing or investing in real estate. - Advise clients, introduce suitable properties, and provide detailed information about real estate products. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions. - Support clients in completing legal procedures and other tasks related to real estate transactions.
Core Requirements
- College or university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance and Banking, Marketing, or other related fields.
- At least six months of experience in sales, telesales, investment consulting, or related positions
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in real estate, finance, insurance, banking, automotive sales, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding assigned targets.
- A personal laptop is required for work.
